After reading this book (Kindle Unlimited) I have found out: 1. I am not nutrient savvy; 2. I have been eating a lot of wrong foods; 3. I need the paperback edition to highlight all the info I need; and 4. this book was not boring like I thought it would be.

Paula Henderson makes a point of waking you up to things you did not know. Like, tomatoes are NOT GOOD for inflamed joints! Never knew that - and I am a big tomato eater. And I have knee pain everyday. A lot I did know like stay away from sugar, carbs and processed foods. Not only does she write about it but she also provides the information in easy-to-read format. (Read in two days) And love where she has blank lists for you to write down information you need.

That is why I will also be purchasing a paperback copy (as soon as it is available) This is one book I will be referring to often - highlighting and writing in it. Because I want to become nutrient savvy. (Stay away from those nightshades!!!!)

  1. This sounds like a very informative book! I like the print version of these kinds of books too. I like to use my Kindle for fiction books and a print version of non-fiction books.

  2. I didnt realize how informative it would be. The print book is not even out yet; but definitely will get it. A lot of things I didnt know in this book..going to try to follow so maybe my arthritis will be a bit better...who would know that tomatoes can be the culprit. (there goes my garden)
