Bracelets

Do you love bracelets?  Wish I had more arms to show them off.  I started making bracelets a few years ago because I couldnt find any that I liked.....so decided to make my own.  I also sell online but find it hard to put them in my store because I love them myself too much.

I think bracelets stand out more than any other jewelry.  Probably because when most people talk...they use their hands.....and therefore, see the bracelets....Earrings hide under your hair, necklaces get caught under your shirt, Rings?  Well they are obvious but because bracelets move around and some jingle jangle.....I think you see them more....

What do you think?  What is your favorite type of jewelry?

Yesterday I......

sat down in my craft room and got creative.....didnt last long because of migraine and leg pain...wasnt a good day for me....but I did manage to sort some beads for selling and make a beautiful necklace....

My problem is...do I try selling it or keep it for myself....I really like it.....what do you think?

I really love the colorful beads.....not sure, maybe I can make a second necklace to sell......


Meantime, I am now selling supplies.....some of my beads have outgrown their usefulness and I can't justify buying more - there is absolutely no room for more anyway.....so I thought if i sell some, then i would have money to buy more....

 I have a load of these adorable charms....boys and girls.....and they have loops to help being placed on necklaces or even earrings......

These beads are clay....black and white and very light.....I have round ones and oblong ones......I have already made a necklace and earring set from these beads.....check out the store on Etsy

Friday Sweet Friday

I believe this was the longest week....five days seemed more like 8....it is dark out in the morning when I leave for work (although after we change the clock this weekend, i hope that is remedied) so when I leave the house I feel like it is the middle of the night - not 7 am......and then since working in a school is hectic, the day does not stop until lunch - where I get an hour reprieve.....and then back to the desk.....3:20 does not come fast enough.

But enough of that, the weekend is finally here, the weather is supposed to be great....what do you have planned.....Besides the usual - get the house straightened and cleaned, some laundry....I plan to work on my beading......and take pictures (been planning it for two weeks now) to take pictures of some beading supplies that I am going to sell.  I am also going to organize my craft room so I will be able to find exactly what I am looking for.....Sounds good?  hopefully by Monday I can really say I did all of the above.


so here's to a good weekend......and if it looks like Fall by you...take some pictures...the leaves are turning here and the trees are just beautiful.....enjoy.......before the snow falls.
