Someone We Know by Shari LapenaMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
Oh, people get themselves into trouble very easily. This book had me questioning who dunnit until the very end. And even at the end, it had a little twist. We start off with a neighborhood boy who loves to sneak into homes and mess with people's computers. But when a woman goes missing things start to get messy. I think I pointed a finger at everyone who lived in the neighborhood because they all looked guilty. And sometimes I think they were all guilty.
I loved how all the secrets were kept and the games that were played in each family. Who protected who and just made it worse. Lapena knows how to write a story and keep you turning the pages.
