Wow that was confusing in so many ways. But the end justified the means and the ending was a powerful look into controlling husbands and submissive wives. I often yelled at my Kindle for the way Stephen treated Anna. Just when I thought I knew what was going on, in comes a twist and clears up the whole story with an amazing ending.
I have never read this author before, but be assured I will be reading her other books. Put it on your TBR list today.
