Review: Wilde Women

Wilde Women Wilde Women by Kiersten Modglin
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book was just released and of course I bought it immediately because...well, its Kiersten Modglin and having read her other books I was anxious for this one.  And it did not disappoint.  Love books that bring you back to the 1700s and how life was then especially for women.  It wasnt easy but it amazes me how strong women were back then.  I am sure todays men and women could never survive.

And so we follow the Wilde women who own Foxglove - never to be owned by a man.  These women fought to keep it in their name - fought even to death.  But Foxglove was magical and protected them.  A heartwarming story of mothers and daughters and what they are capable of when put to the test of defending their home and family.
